At Fuorisalone in Milan, Pianca & Partners contract hub is making space for the new generations of designers with a setting dedicated to the work of three Italian young talents.
Design Week brings on stage clues of tomorrow, promises, proposals, hopes, to show the way to the sector and to the whole country.
Pianca & Partners is choosing Milan Design Week to put three Italian talents under 35 on display and the opportunity to stage their own ideas.
The first featured names in this scouting activity are three Italian designers: Giuseppe Arezzi, product and interior designer, class of 1993; Maddalena Selvini, designer, class of 1987; Flatwig studio with its base in Milan, founded in London in 2016 by designers Erica Agogliati and Francesca Avian.
Giuseppe Arezzi, class of 1993, is the founder of Giuseppe Arezzi Design Studio, based in Milan and Ragusa, which handles product and interior design. After getting a degree in Interior Design from the Politecnico di Milano, Giuseppe collaborated with several famous design studios in Milan for a number of years. He was picked as one of the top 20 emerging international designers at Pure Talents Contest at the Imm trade fair in Cologne in 2020.

Maddalena Selvini, after completing her studies in Milan and London and an internship in Mexico, she graduated from the Man and Wellbeing course at the Design Academy Eindhoven in 2014. In the same year, she came back to live in Milan where she set up Altatto with three chefs, a vegetarian catering business with an unconventional focus on materials and details. In 2017, she opened her studio, in which she combines product and materials studies with commissioned collaborations.
Maddalena Selvini
Flatwig Studio, Flatwig Studio was founded in 2016 in London by Erica Agogliati and Francesca Avian. With its current base in Milan, the studio has a fluid approach to design, ranging from interiors to product and graphic design through to creative direction for emerging brands and private clients. Various Flatwig Studio designs have been displayed in international showrooms and fairs like Collectible Fair (Brussels), London Design Fair (London) and Alcova Sassetti (Milan).
