Aldo Pianca, President of Pianca and promoter of Pianca & Partners, is one of the speakers at the webinar organised by Fuorisalone.it, “What will the showroom of the future be like?”. The talk was presented for the Fuorisalone Digital Edition and focussed on the evolution of retail space and how commercial space is evolving. It is a broad-reaching issue of interest across all sectors at this historic moment in time and is becoming central to the design system.

Aldo Pianca, a guest alongside other industry experts, presented the Milan contract hub, describing the origins and aims of Pianca & Partners. He illustrated how the showroom is not purely a commercial space, but increasingly a place to meet, swap ideas and promote design culture, and how Pianca & Partners is progressing day by day in this direction. Cited as an example of this was the “La nuova stanza” exhibition, which displays a collection of the most recent works by designer Andrea Branzi in the showroom and is the first collaboration between the Antonia Jannone: Disegni di Architettura gallery and Pianca & Partners.

Taking part in the talk, which aired on the Fuorisalone TV channel, were Tommaso Vincenzetti, Marketing Director at B&B Italia; Manuela Ricci, Marketing Manager Italia at Signature Kitchen Suite; Aldo Pianca, President of Pianca and promoter of Pianca & Partners; Stefano Maffei, Professor at the Politecnico di Milano School of Design.
