Located in Miami, Brickell Flatiron is the residential skyscraper that transform the city skyline with its 64 floors of glass, steel and concrete. Built by the real estate development company CMC and designed by Revuelta Architecture International, the building was inaugurated in 2019 and is an icon of Made in Italy design.
The interior design was designed by architect Massimo Iosa Ghini and three partner companies of Pianca & Partners contributed to the construction of the Brickell Flatiron: Margraf, Barausse and Santo Passaia.
Marble and marble tiles by Margraf, a Vicenza-based marble extraction and processing company, are included in the project, covering the interior spaces - the common areas, the apartments, the penthouse suite, the lobby and the Skyline Spa, an area that offers a panoramic view of the city.
The furnishings of Santo Passaia instead fit into the common and leisure areas, such as the gym, cinema room and relax areas. The furniture company proposes custom-made solutions for Brickell Flatiron: shaped counters in wood and Corian for the reception, metal and LED lighting elements for the lobby, wooden elements that extend softly towards the ceiling in the spa area at 64th plan, as a symbol of the union between man and nature.
Finally 6.740 doors, interior and entrance to the apartments with American certification for fire resistance, signed Barausse, specialized in the production of solutions for the separation of spaces, complete the interiors as real furnishings, adding value to the environments.
