Designed by Serena Papait for Quadrifoglio Group, Moon captivated the commission for how it experiments with the principles of Scandinavian functional and ergonomic design, fusing them into a distinctive decor feature with sophisticated and revolutionary lines.

The chair’s peculiar shape, reminiscent of the infinity symbol, is designed for greater postural comfort by encouraging weight distribution without burdening the spine and favouring a proper and actively natural posture. Its design also induces a perpetual rocking motion, making it exceptionally comfortable.

The achievement of the 2023 Best of the Best Red Dot Award in the Product Design category confirms Quadrifoglio Group’s commitment to pursuing research, innovation and Made-in-Italy creativity and its mission to offer products with a high aesthetic appeal that are functional and comfortable, and capable of improving the quality of everyday living spaces and wellbeing. Following the official awards ceremony, Moon will enter the 2023/2024 Red Dot Design Yearbook.
