The common areas, as well as the bathrooms of the suites and prestige rooms, are embellished with this noble material, which manages to combine tradition and modernity in a perfect balance. The clever use of marble creates a sense of continuity between spaces, enveloping guests in an atmosphere of discreet luxury and timeless sophistication.

Particular attention was paid to the choice of local materials and the application of traditional techniques, such as the use of Fior di Pesco Carnico®, an exclusive marble from Margraf. This marble, extracted from the only quarry in the world located at Forni Avoltri, in the province of Udine, is distinguished by its distinctive shades, ranging from delicate grey to warm pink, from pure white to refined ivory.

These unique shades give a particular elegance to the rooms, enhancing every architectural detail with a natural and timeless beauty. The movement of the veins of marble, like a natural work of art, guides the eye along the path, giving a sense of depth and dynamism to the whole structure.

The walls covered in marble amplify the luminosity of the rooms thanks to the refraction of light on the glossy surfaces, creating light tricks that vary according to the time of day and the position. The overall effect is that of a unique and refined atmosphere, in which contemporary design blends harmoniously with elements of a centuries-old craft tradition. This combination of innovation and history makes the residence not only a luxury place to stay, but also a sensory experience that enhances the aesthetic pleasure and well-being of guests.
