9 Dicember 2020
The innovative project commissioned by Oscar Farinetti inaugurated in Turin on 9th December is dedicated to sustainable consumption, with more than 100 companies sharing a common concept of green vision and green products. Pianca is one of the partner companies. The Pianca showroom is located in a 150 sq.m space, designed by Studio Calvi Brambilla. Elegance, craftsmanship, innovation, design and sustainability are expressed fluently in the store charged with the task of representing Pianca’s vision of ethics and aesthetics.
All the great classic models that have made the Veneto company famous are on display, from the Maestro table by Emilio Nanni, mentioned in the much-revered ADI Design Index, to the iconic Fushimi bed by designer Philippe Tabet, who will preview some new products for the first time ever.
For the opening of Green Pea, Pianca is presenting a special version of the Calatea armchair by Cristina Celestino, redesigned according to the criteria of the circular economy. A homage to the planet and affirmation of Pianca’s commitment to the environment, marking the company joining Green Pea.
The final important element in this combination of beauty, poetry and nature is the project by Green Wise, the Japanese design studio which has found success in more than 100 years in business, in innovative, sustainable and holistic use of plants and flowers. The Japanese design studio created floral designs with predominantly Kukido arrangements, a new approach to floral design, to promote organic, local and seasonal cultivation of plants and flowers.
